Birth Education Course

Family Education & Consultation Welcoming a little one is an extraordinary experience, and I’m here to help you feel ready and assured. Through Family Education and Consulting, I offer thoughtful guidance tailored to your unique needs. 

During this 3-hour virtual course, I will listen to concerns you may have about your birth and postpartum experience, answer any questions you may have, and include helpful, researched, and evidence-based information that you’ll be able to reference later as you prepare for this new chapter.

Some of the topics may include answers to labor and/or postpartum questions, breastfeeding support, formula feeding or combination feeding, emotional wellness and postpartum recovery, mental health, and other resources.

This course is virtual-only. No in-person services are included.
